flop with a big bang
On behalf of my chairman and other committee member, i will like to thank those who expressed interest and displayed enthusiasm to come and for supporting this mega event of the year. A very big thank you.
Sadly though, the response was kind of underwhelming and we had to decide it a no go. Of course we could still went ahead but then it won't be as fun.
One particular incident that happened certainly left an impression on me. A specific individual actually told me she actually read the email proposal but didnt even bother to contact ds either through email or msn. And it was until I contact her then I could get the response. Or maybe im being dumb here, no reply means no go?
Anyway we should all be forward looking and look forward to the painstakingly craved proposal from zc on the cycling event of the year from east coast park to changi and back. Please reply and give zc your utmost support. See it as probably the last mega event before school starts.
Today bball session was a change from the usual morning, now playing at the evening period instead. It was a nice change from the usual hot/bright sunny weather we usually endure to this cloudy, cooling one. I think everyone covered alot of area and had a good workout today, partly due to lack of space and the unusual display of gungho from everyone today.
And while in mac just now with the bball people, we saw a disturbing picture in quek's camera and partly inspired by low's(he told me he prefer to be refer as low instead of kelvin) previous entry, I will like to present this.
What were they doing? And what its suppose to mean? Folded arms, bored expressions?
